Sue (she/her) is a lifelong Star Trek fan, attended her first convention over 20 years ago, and has been a member of the online fan community since the days of usenet, searching daily for new Picard/Crusher fanfic. She was
probably definitely much too young to be on usenet…
Sue been writing, speaking, and podcasting about science-fiction media (among other things) since 2010 and has appeared on panels at Dragon Con, Star Trek Las Vegas, New York Comic Con, and The Paley Center for Media, among others. She has a deep and abiding love of fandom history, and will gladly take any unwanted, old zines off your hands.
A NYC theater professional by day, Sue keeps herself occupied between projects by starting new projects and caring for her clowder – Oswin (Doctor Who), Tilly (Star Trek), and Esme (Discworld).
And yes, she likes to use a Star Wars photo when talking about [mostly] Star Trek, because it makes people mad.
